Management Agreement:


other servicesGolf clubs and resorts can also avail of the company’s expertise by means of a Management Agreement.  Under such an agreement, which is tailored to the needs of an individual golf club or resort, PGA ETC is appointed as the manager of the venue under a contract and assumes responsibility for the management of some or all aspects of the facility, depending on the requirements of the client. 

The General Manager can be a PGA ETC employee, seconded to the facility under contract.  Local staffing is carried out by the facility, under the direction of the General Manager and supported by PGA ETC resources.  Under a management-only agreement, the club will not carry the PGA ETC brand.

Golf Consultancy:

PGA ETC serves as a consultant on a ‘Per Project’ basis, providing select clients with a scope of services to meet their specific needs.  These services are performed by PGA ETC’s international golf venue management team and specialists, who  cover areas such as:

  • agronomy;
  • golf course management;
  • real-estate planning and development;
  • membership marketing; yield management;
  • IT Systems;
  • procurement;
  • tournament support and sponsorship;
  • retail;
  • tuition services;
  • and all other aspects of golf resort management.

other servicesPGA ETC has wide-ranging experience in the construction of real estate golf developments.  This is most notably demonstrated at the Quinta do Lago resort in the Algarve, internationally renowned as perhaps the best golf and Real Estate location in Europe. 

This is due, in no small way, to a high-quality on-site management team that is able to work with various local and national government, planning and regulatory authorities to ensure a harmonised balance between real estate and golf requirements.
