DAVID LEECH, Membership Development Manager, Macreddin Golf Club, Ireland
David Leech joined Macreddin Golf Club in July 2006 as Membership Development Manager, having proven his credentials over many years gaining invaluable experience in some of Ireland’s leading Event Management companies, as well as in the Irish golf industry.
David earned an Arts degree in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. For his final postgraduate thesis, David chose to write on an idea, which was actually realised in 2006: ‘Bringing the Ryder Cup to Ireland.’
An avid golfer whose passion for the sport has been a driving force for his career dating back to his college days, David is well aware of the natural beauty and desirability of Macreddin Village. His enthusiasm for the Macreddin Golf Project, along with his affinity to Macreddin Village, means he loves nothing more than ensuring that the Club’s members and visitors alike enjoy an unequalled golfing holiday experience.
