PERRY EINFELDT: General Manager, Golf & Country Club Fleesensee, Germany

coming SoonPerry Einfeldt is the General Manager of Golf & Country Club Fleesensee, which has had an association with PGA European Tour Courses since 2000, initially with a management agreement and, subsequently, in accordance with the changes in the club’s requirements, this was exchanged for a license agreement.  This club is part of one of Europe’s largest golf and holiday resorts, know as ‘Land Fleesensee’.  As part of his remit, he manages the operations of five golf courses (72 holes), a shop, restaurant and a Golf Academy involving 24 professional instructors.

Mr. Einfeldt has been a practising lawyer since 1991 and specialises in golf club founding and structure, with an emphasis on tax issues.  He is the Managing Director and owner of Fleesensee Golf Management Limited, a consulting company that specialises in the operational and management structures of golf clubs. 

In the area of tournaments, Mr. Einfeldt was a member of the Organising Committee for the 1992 and 1993 Mercedes German Masters at the Stuttgarter Golf Club Solitude in Mönsheim, Stuttgart.  From 1994, he changed to Golfclub Schloss Nippenburg near Stuttgart.  This club was owned and run in conjunction with PGA and International Management Group.  Here, Mr. Einfeldt was Head of Organisation for Germany’s most established tournament, the VOLVO German Open, hosted at Nippenburg from 1994 to 1996.  Mr. Einfeldt then moved to the IMG Hamburg office as Head of Implementation and was appointed Head of Organisation for the German Open in Bad Saarow Sporting Club in Berlin.
